Les truffes noires produisent naturellement un endocannabinoïde, exclusif au règne animal. Les végétaux produisent normalement un phytocannabinoïde.
Deux conclusions:
- Les champignons semblent plus proche des animaux que des plantes.
- Les amateurs de truffe pourraient être considérés comme des junkies ;-)
